165.15 CCRC

CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY DISTRICT.

   1.   Permitted Principal Uses. Dwellings for any number of senior adults, as defined in Section 165.01.
   2.   Permitted Accessory Uses.
      A.   Signs as regulated by Section 165.21.
      B.   Private garages and parking areas (subject to Section 165.22, Off-Street Parking).
      C.   Living quarters of persons employed on the premises.
   3.   Height Regulations. No principal structure shall exceed six stories or 75 feet in height, except as provided in Section 165.13.
   4.   Lot Area, Frontage and Yard Requirements. Minimum frontage and yard requirements are as follows:
