CONTINUING CARE RETIREMENT COMMUNITY DISTRICT.

1. Permitted Principal Uses. Dwellings for any number of senior adults, as defined in Section 165.01.

2. Permitted Accessory Uses.

A. Signs as regulated by Section 165.21.

B. Private garages and parking areas (subject to Section 165.22, Off-Street Parking).

C. Living quarters of persons employed on the premises.

3. Height Regulations. No principal structure shall exceed six stories or 75 feet in height, except as provided in Section 165.13.

4. Lot Area, Frontage and Yard Requirements. Minimum frontage and yard requirements are as follows:

	DETACHED ONE-FAMILY	TOWNHOUSE	MULTI-STORY UNITS
Building height	30 feet	35 feet	75 feet
Setback from any dedicated right-of-way	25 feet*	25 feet*	height of building
Distance between building and any adjoining property line	10 feet	10 feet	height of building
Distance between buildings face to face	50 feet	50 feet	height of building
Distance between buildings face to rear or face to side	50 feet	50 feet	height of building
Distance between buildings side to side	16 feet	16 feet	height of building
Distance between buildings rear to rear	40 feet	40 feet	height of building
