165.14 R-5

MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT FOR ELDERLY HOUSING.

   1.   Permitted Principal Uses.
   A.   Any use or structure permitted and as regulated in Section 165.12 except as hereinafter modified.
   B.   Dwellings for any number of elderly families, as defined in Section 165.01.
   2.   Permitted Accessory Uses.
   A.   R-3 Residence District accessory uses.
   B.   Signs as regulated by Section 165.21.
   3.   Height Regulations. No principal structure shall exceed six stories or seventy-five (75) feet in height, except as provided in Section 165.13.
   4.   Lot Area, Frontage, and Yard Requirements. Minimum frontage and yard requirements shall be subject to the frontage and yard provisions listed in Section 165.13. Each structure shall be located on a lot containing at least 6,000 square feet. Each structure containing more than one family shall be located on a lot having an area of 1,300 square feet for each family.
