1.   Permitted Principal Uses. Any use or structure for certain public exhibitions, assemblies and events, including the County Fairgrounds.

   2.   Permitted Accessory Uses.

      A.   Signs as regulated by Section 165.21.

      B.   Parking areas as regulated by Section 165.22.

   3.   Height Regulations. No principal structure shall exceed six stories or 75 feet in height, except as provided in Section 165.13.

   4.   Lot Area, Frontage and Yard Requirements. No minimum frontage and yard requirements are required.
