§ 23-4.1
Establishment.

The Township is hereby divided into the following zones and special districts:
R-1 | One Family Residence Zone |
R-2 | One, Two and Three Family Residence Zone |
R-3 | One, Two and Three Family Residence Zone including Townhouses |
R-4 | Multi-Family Residence Zone |
RA-1 | One, Two and Three Family Residence Zone |
R/B-1 | Multi-Family with Business Zone |
R/B-2 | High Rise Multi-Family with Business Zone |
B-2 | Outdoor Recreation Zone |
B-3 | Office Park Zone |
I | Industrial Park Zone |
I/O | Industrial and Office Zone |
PD | Planned Development District |
SW | Special Waterfront Zone |
B-1 | Shopping Center Business |
