RESIDENTIAL MOBILE/MANUFACTURED

HOME PARK ZONE RMHP

§ 157.275 PURPOSE AND INTENT.

   The purpose of the RMHP Zone is to provide appropriate areas for suitable development of mobile/manufactured home parks, camps, and courts. It is also to ensure that such facilities receive adequate services and blend harmoniously with surrounding residential neighborhoods and other uses.

§ 157.276 PERMITTED USES.

   (A)   Accessory buildings and uses customarily incidental to any permitted use;
   (B)   Mobile/manufactured home parks, trailer courts, and overnight recreational vehicle parks; provided such parks or courts meet the requirements and standards prescribed herein; and
   (C)   Temporary buildings for uses incidental to construction work. Such building shall be removed within six months upon completion or abandonment of the construction work.

§ 157.277 SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS.

4 acres for a mobile/manufactured home park, trailer court, and overnight recreational vehicle park
Minimum lot size
The yard, width, and layout for a trailer court or overnight recreation vehicle park
Minimum lot width
Mobile/manufactured home park shall be as prescribed in the city
Minimum yard setbacks
Mobile home park ordinance

§ 157.278 SIGN REGULATIONS.

   The height, size, and location of the following permitted signs shall be in accordance with the regulations set forth in §§ 157.755 through 157.761:
   (A)   Construction project sign;
   (B)   Directional sign;
   (C)   Flat sign;
   (D)   Freestanding sign;
   (E)   Temporary sign;
   (F)   Wall sign;
   (G)   Name plate;
   (H)   Property sign;
   (I)   Identification and information sign; and
   (J)   Service sign.
