PUBLIC BUILDINGS

AND PUBLIC UTILITY SUBSTATIONS AND STRUCTURES

§ 157.655 LOCATION.

   The location and arrangement of public buildings and public utility substations and structures will comply with requirements set forth in this subchapter and will be in accordance with construction plans submitted to, and approved by, the Planning Commission.

§ 157.656 MINIMUM LOT AREA; UTILITY SUBSTATIONS.

   Each public utility substation shall be located on a lot or parcel of ground of not less than the following minimum area:

In an Agricultural Zone
5,000 sq. ft.
In a Residential Zone
2,000 sq. ft.

§ 157.657 MINIMUM YARDS; UTILITY SUBSTATIONS.

   Each public utility substation shall maintain the minimum yards required for a dwelling in the same zone, except that the rear yard may be reduced to the following:

§ 157.658 STREET ACCESS; UTILITY SUBSTATIONS.

   Each public utility substation shall be located on a lot which has adequate access from a street, alley, right-of-way, or easement.

§ 157.659 MINIMUM LOT AREA; PUBLIC BUILDINGS.

   Each public building shall be located on a lot of not less than 20,000 square feet in all Residential Estate and Agriculture Zones.

§ 157.660 MINIMUM YARDS; PUBLIC BUILDINGS.

   Each public building shall meet the minimum yard requirements for a public building in the zone in which it is located.

§ 157.661 WIDTH OF LOT; PUBLIC BUILDINGS.

   Each public building shall have a minimum width of lot of 100 feet.

§ 157.662 FRONTAGE; PUBLIC BUILDINGS.

   Each public building shall have frontage on a public street.
