If any section, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase or provision of this article shall be adjudged invalid or held unconstitutional, the same shall be served from and shall not affect the validity of this article as a whole or any part or provision thereof other than the part so dedicated to be invalid or unconstitutional. It is intended that this article entirely replace and supersede all provisions of the existing zoning ordinance, Ordinance 76-5 of the city, as amended. To the extent any provision of this article conflicts with other ordinances of the city the terms of this article shall control.
