The following are permitted on a lot or parcel having the required area and width (minimum area of 1 acre [43,560 square feet] excluding road rights of way and a 140 foot average width):
Accessory uses customary and incidental to the dwelling, when located on the same lot, and providing it is not closer than fifteen feet (15') to a main building on the adjoining lot, nor closer than ten feet (10') to any main building on the same lot.
Domestic livestock farming limited to the raising, feeding, maintaining, and breeding of livestock, subject to a minimum twenty thousand (20,000) square foot gross area and the following cumulative limitations and conditions:
A. One hog or pig per each twenty thousand (20,000) square feet of gross area; or
B. One horse or mule or cow or steer (includes miniature) per each twenty thousand (20,000) square feet of gross area; or
C. Twenty five (25) chickens per each twenty thousand (20,000) square feet of gross area; or
D. Three (3) goats or sheep or similar livestock per each twenty thousand (20,000) square feet of gross area.
The area used to justify one class of animals may not be used concurrently to justify another class of animals.

Single-family dwelling of a permanent nature with a minimum living area of one thousand (1,000) square feet.
Additional single-family dwellings, providing there is not less than one acre (43,560 square feet) of lot area respectively for each such additional dwelling, and they are not closer than twenty five feet (25') apart. (Ord. 06-06, 10-9-2006)
