This Development Code of the Town of Yucca Valley, as supplemented, contains ordinances up to and including ordinance 323, passed November 19, 2024. Ordinances of the Town adopted after said ordinance supersede the provisions of this Development Code to the extent that they are in conflict or inconsistent therewith. Consult the Town office in order to ascertain whether any particular provision of the code has been amended, superseded or repealed.
