§ 16 C-2

GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT.

16.1 
General Purpose and Description.
The General Commercial (C-2) District is intended to provide a zoning category similar to the C-1 District, except that additional uses are permitted which are not generally carried on completely within a building or structure and an expanded range of service and repair uses is permitted.
16.2 
Permitted Uses.
A building or premises in the C-2 District shall be used only for uses as listed in Section 23 of this ordinance.
16.3 
Permitted Specific Uses.
Uses listed as requiring a Specific Use Permit in Section 23 of this ordinance shall be permitted in the General Commercial District, when granted in accordance with Section 26.
16.4 
Height and Area Regulation.
See Appendix 1, Area, Setback, Height, and Coverage Regulations.
16.5 
Parking Requirements.
Off-street parking requirements shall be provided in accordance with Section 27.
