Permanent Zoning Concurrent with Annexation.
An area or areas being annexed to the City of Caddo Mills shall ordinarily be given permanent zoning concurrently with the annexation.

6.3.2
Prior to rezoning of the property to a permanent zoning classification other than Agricultural District, no permit for the construction of a building or use of land not permitted in the Agricultural District shall be issued by the Building Official.
