ARTICLE I: - GENERAL PROVISIONS
Section
§ 18½-1 - Adoption by reference; Florida State Statutes and Lee County Ordinance relating to taxicabs, vehicle for hire, and transportation network companies.
The City of Cape Coral hereby adopts by reference as a part of this Chapter, all laws of the State of Florida, and Lee County Ordinances, as they may be amended, relating to taxicabs, vehicles for hire, and transportation network companies.
