11-5-2: PERMITTED USES:
Agriculture uses, including single-family dwellings and agricultural related buildings and structures subject to Minnesota Pollution Control Standards, but not including feedlots and other commercial operations.
Child daycare facilities.
Nurseries and tree farms, farm drainage and irrigation systems, roadside stands for the sale of agricultural products, historic sites, signs subject to the standards in chapter 14 of this title, essential services, including necessary equipment, structures and railway.
Permitted home occupations.

Any incidental machinery, fencing, structure or buildings necessary to the conduct of existing agricultural and other permitted uses.

Airports.
Cemeteries.
Commercial communication towers.
Dog kennels and commercial riding stables.
Golf courses and driving ranges.
Gun clubs.
Hobby farms and stables.
Home occupations.
Mausoleums and columbariums.
Mining, sand and gravel operations.
Religious facilities.
Other uses determined by the Zoning Administrator or Planning Commission to be of the same general character as the permitted and conditional uses designated in this chapter and found not to be detrimental to existing uses and the general public's health, safety or welfare. (Ord. 953, 7-15-2019)
11-5-5: PERFORMANCE STANDARDS:
A. Height Regulations:
1. Maximum Height: The maximum height of all buildings shall not exceed forty five feet (45').
2. Exceptions: This height limitation shall not apply to grain elevators, silos, windmills, elevator legs, cooling towers, water towers, chimneys and smokestacks, church spires.
B. Front Yard Regulations:
1. Minimum Required: There shall be a front yard of not less than fifty feet (50').
2. Double Frontage Lot: Where a lot is located at the intersection of two (2) or more roads or highways, there shall be a front yard setback on each road or highway side of each corner lot.
C. Side Yard Regulations: There shall be a side yard width of not less than thirty feet (30') on each side of the buildings.
D. Rear Yard Regulations: There shall be a rear yard of not less than fifty feet (50').
E. Lot Width And Depth Regulations: The minimum lot width and minimum lot depth shall be two hundred feet (200').
F. Lot Area Regulations And Density:
1. Lot Area: The minimum lot area shall be ten (10) acres.
2. Density: The maximum density shall be one unit per forty (40) acres.
G. Location Of Structures: Structures shall be so located on each lot as to permit resubdivision if and when central sewer and water systems become available.
