The provisions of this Graphics Code shall include Article 29 of the Ohio Basic Building Code (OBBC), most recent revision, entitled "Signs." The provisions of Article 29 shall govern the construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of all ground signs and all signs attached to buildings or structures or incidental to the land use thereof, together with their appurtenant and auxiliary devices in respect to structural and fire safety.

B.

The provisions of this Graphics Code shall include Article 600 of the National Electric Code (NEC), most recent version, entitled "Electric Signs and Outline Lighting." The provisions of Article 600 shall govern the installation of conductors and equipment for electrical graphics, including but not limited to illuminated signs and neon graphics and neon outline lighting.
