29 - RO-RECREATION- TOURISM OVERLAY
The purpose of the RO overlay is to maintain and enhance the aesthetic quality of areas around the National Historic Trails Center and land based and riverboat gaming facilities. This overlay is intended to mitigate any negative impact associated with these facilities.

The RO overlay is established as part of this title. The RO shall overlay all other zoning districts established within the boundaries as described in CBMC 15.29.030.

The boundaries of the RO overlay are shown upon a map which is made part hereof by reference, and such map is designated the "recreation-tourism overlay."

Uses permitted, conditional, or accessory in the RO overlay shall be the same as those otherwise allowed in the underlying zone, except as further limited by CBMC 15.29.050.
