165.11 ISSUANCE

OF CONDITIONAL AND PERMANENT CERTIFICATE OF ZONING COMPLIANCE.

It is unlawful for any person to undertake the erection, moving, adding to, or structurally altering any building or structure until a Conditional Certificate of Zoning Compliance shall have been issued by the Zoning Administrator, which Conditional Certificate shall state that the proposed uses of the building or land conform to the provisions of this chapter. Upon the completion of the construction project, it is responsibility of the property owner to contact the Zoning Administrator for a final review of the property. If the actual uses of the building or land conform to the provisions of this chapter, the Administrator shall issue a Permanent Certificate of Zoning Compliance. If the actual uses do not conform to the provisions of this chapter, the Administrator shall order the owner to undertake such corrective measures as will result in compliance. The Clerk shall maintain a record of all Conditional and Permanent Certificates of Zoning Compliance, and copies shall be furnished upon request to any person.
