Any applicant shall pay the following fees for a land use permit at the same time that said application is filed with the town:

Application for renewals of any land use permit, provided such renewals are specifically authorized, shall pay the same fee required for the land use permit being renewed.

Applicant shall pay all engineering and inspection fees associated with the project. Applicant may further be required to pay all fees associated with the review of this project not covered by the fees described above. This may include the retention of an interim town planner if the complexity of the project requires it. Final plat fees are paid with final plat application. Final plat may not be granted until all other accounts have been settled.
