Any person aggrieved by any interpretation of this title by the town planner may appeal the planner's interpretation to the board of adjustment. Any such appeal shall be a Type 2 decision and shall be processed pursuant to DMC Section 17.108.020.

The action of the city council on all matters shall be final and conclusive unless, within ten days from the date of the council's action, an applicant or an aggrieved party makes an application to the Superior Court of Snohomish County for a writ of certiorari, a writ of prohibition, or a writ of mandamus.
