The PUB public facilities district is primarily established to accommodate public buildings and facilities and assist in orderly development of the city.

The minimum lot area for PUB district shall be five acres.
B.
The minimum lot width for PUB district shall be three hundred feet.
C.
The maximum lot coverage excluding parking area shall be fifty percent of the lot.

The minimum front building line, measured from the front lot line, shall be fifty feet.
B.
The minimum rear building line, measured from the rear lot line, shall be fifty feet.
C.
The minimum distance between buildings and structures shall be thirty feet for a two-story building, forty feet for buildings higher than four stories.

The building height in PUB district shall be subject to the provisions of the airport ordinance.

Signs in PUB district shall be no larger than sixty square feet in area. Signs may be wall, pedestal, ground or projection type but shall not project into the public right-of-way or public property.
