§ 17.12.020 General plan consistency.
This zone district is consistent with the general residential land use designation.
The parking areas and the driveway between the public street and the parking area must be covered in an all-weather surface (concrete, asphalt, bricks, etc.).
Eave Overhang. All single-family dwellings including manufactured homes shall have a minimum eave overhang of at least 16 inches. If the council finds a lesser overhang is the standard in the neighborhood, a minimum eave overhang consistent with the neighborhood standard shall be permitted.
