The purpose of this zone is to permit the mixed use of business and residential properties along a specified area of the Northwest side of Argillite Road from Wheeler Street to and including U.S. 23 as shown on the zoning map of the City of Flatwoods.

Following the uses included in the Highway Commercial Zone and the Residential-2 Zone only. There is a required buffer area between Highway Commercial and Residential as described in Article XV. There are no conditional uses.
