That any person, firm or corporation desiring to seek changes or variances in this ordinance or to construct any alterations or repairs to any existing structure within the Town of Hickory Creek, Texas, or move any structure from without the corporate limits to within the corporate limits of the Town of Hickory Creek, Texas, or move any structure within the corporate limits of the Town, shall file an application with the Town Secretary requesting such action.

When required, each application will be accompanied by a fee related to the certain application. The listed fees are nonrefundable and must be paid before any governing body or officer of the Town of Hickory Creek, Texas will proceed to take action.

The format of any applications and the amount of fees listed on the fee schedules may be changed by resolution, without notice to anyone, from time to time by the Town Council of Hickory Creek, Texas.

At the discretion of the Town Council, a performance bond may be required from the developer or general contractor for proposed projects where costs may exceed $10,000.00.
