REFUSE AND WASTE REQUIREMENTS
Single family residential. No refuse and waste containers shall be stored in front of the building line except on days of normal pickup service as specified in section 6.02.032. On corner lots, no refuse or waste containers shall be stored in front of the side yard setback line.

Multifamily and nonresidential. Any multifamily, mobile home parks, or nonresidential business which uses commercial refuse and waste containers shall comply with the provisions of section 6.02.032 and the following:
(1)
Each receptacle shall have a base and apron constructed of four inch steel reinforced concrete. The base shall be two feet larger on all sides than the receptacle and the apron shall create a ten feet concrete approach to the front of the base.
(2)
Each concrete pad must be enclosed with a decorative masonry fence with appropriate gates for services and use of receptacle.
(3)
All refuse and waste shall be contained inside of pad area and controlled in such manner as not to create health hazards of unsanitary conditions.
(4)
All refuse and waste receptacles shall be emptied at least once each week.
