Part Eleven of the Code of Ordinances, known as The City of Hilliard Zoning Code, previously authorized by City Council in Ordinance No. 80-49 adopted on October 27, 1980, and all amendments thereto, are hereby repealed pursuant to the adoption of Ordinance 14-29 by Hilliard City Council on October 27, 2014. The repeal does not affect any act done or offense committed, or any liability, penalty, forfeiture, or punishment acquired thereunder. The repeal includes the Official Zoning Map of the City of Hilliard Zoning Code which shall be replaced with a new Official Zoning Map as provided in Ordinance 14-29.

A public hearing having been held as required by the Ohio Revised Code, the provisions of this Code are hereby adopted, and shall take effect on the 27th day of October, 2014, including the new Official Zoning Map of the City of Hilliard.

The various parts, sentences, paragraphs, sections, and clauses of this code are hereby declared to be severable. If any part, sentence, paragraph, section, or clause of this code is adjudged unconstitutional or invalid by a court or administrative agency of competent jurisdiction, the unconstitutionality or invalidity shall not affect the constitutionality or validity of any remaining provisions of this code.
