On October 27, 2014, Hilliard City Council adopted the Hilliard Design Manual, which is on file with the City's Engineering Department and is available on the City's website. All requirements, standards, specifications and guidelines contained in the Hilliard Design Manual are made a part of this Section as if the requirements, standards, specifications and guidelines were fully rewritten herein.
