MANUFACTURING DISTRICTS
The purpose of the M1 limited manufacturing district is to provide for, and preserve, suitable locations for high quality, nuisance-free manufacturing, office, warehousing/distribution and related activities that are of the scale and type not to be injurious to any neighboring use or district.

1 An increased minimum yard of 100 feet is required between any building or structure within an M1 district and any lot line abutting a residence district.
2 Principal buildings may be permitted to exceed 50 feet, up to a maximum of 75 feet in height, as a special use.
