The following uses are uses not included as permitted uses within the corporate limits of the city. Uses not permitted include, but are not limited to, the following:

      (1)   Acetylene gas manufacture or gas storage.

      (2)   Animal fertilizer factories.

      (3)   Auto wrecking material yards.

      (4)   Manufacture or storage of gunpowder.

      (5)   Resource extraction, including, but not limited to, mining, drilling, excavating, any other uses which are obnoxious or offensive by reason of odor, dust, smoke, gas or noise.

      (6)   Slaughterhouses.

      (7)   Scrap or salvage services.

      (8)   Stockyards.

The following activities, conditions or nuisances are prohibited in all districts in the city:

      (1)   Dead animal carcasses or refuse.

      (2)   Fireworks or other explosives.

      (3)   Offal.

      (4)   Storage of garbage.
