165.16 CENTRAL

BUSINESS DISTRICT B-2.

1.    District Regulations. The regulations set forth in this section, or set elsewhere in this Zoning Code, when referred to in this section, are the regulations in the Central Business District.
2.    Use Regulations. Any allowable use in B-1 General Business District.
3.    Parking Regulations.
   A.   Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the requirements for specific uses set out in Section 165.38 and Chapter 69. The off-street parking requirements shall not apply to existing commercial buildings in the Central Business District.
4.    Height Regulations. No building shall exceed six stories, nor shall it exceed 75 feet except as provided in Section 165.20.
5.    Area Regulations.
   A.   No front or rear yards for commercial buildings are required except on the rear of a lot abutting an R-1 or R-2 District, in which event a rear yard of not less than two feet shall be provided.
   B.   The front, rear and side yard regulations for dwellings are the same as those in the R- 1 Residential District .
