Handicap ramps may project into a required yard as long as the platform area is no greater than five feet in width, the ramp is no greater than four feet in width, the ramp or platform area are not covered or enclosed and the ramp or platform area do not block or obstruct vision from the right-of-way. All handicap ramps must be approved by the Building Official.
