LAND USE AND REQUIRED PARKING MATRIX

The terminology used in this appendix is based on the coding and classification of land use contained in North American Industry Classification System, prepared by the Department of Commerce's National Technical Information Service in 2022. The coding and classification system has also been modified in certain instances to clarify terminology.

North American Industry Classification System contains additional descriptive information that could be helpful in the interpretation of a particular use and should be used as a reference document to support these regulations. A copy of this manual is available for review in the Department of Community Development.
