Any person, firm, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provision of this Chapter, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. Each day that violation is permitted to exist constitutes a separate offense. The Zoning Administrative Officer is hereby designated and ordered to enforce this Chapter.

In case any building or structure is erected, constructed, reconstructed, altered, repaired, converted, or maintained, or any building, structure, or land is used in violation of the Zoning Ordinance, the Zoning Administrative Officer, in addition to other remedies, shall institute any proper action or proceedings in the name of the City, to prevent such unlawful erection, construction, reconstruction, alteration, repair conversion, maintenance or use to restrain, correct, or abate such violation to prevent the occupancy of said building, structure or land, or to prevent any illegal act, the conduct of business or use in or about said premises.
