Single-family dwellings except in areas designated as below the one-hundred-year flood plan.

Farms, truck gardens, orchards and nurseries, provided that no poultry or livestock shall be raised within one hundred (100) feet on any residence or residential district.

Transient amusement enterprise, such as carnival, circus, rides and shows, subject to approval by the Board of Aldermen.

Veterinary establishments, provided that all buildings, including animal runways and exercise yards, be at least one hundred (100) feet distant of all property lines.

Accessory building and uses customarily incident to any of the above uses.

Bulletin boards and signs pertaining to the lease, hire or sale of a building or premises; or signs pertaining to any material that is grown or treated within the district; provided, however, that such signs shall be located upon, or immediately adjacent to the buildings or in the area in which such materials are treated, processed, or stored.
