The site shall be landscaped to assure visual buffering from any abutting residences and public streets, and such landscaping shall be appropriately maintained. The landscaping design shall be reviewed and approved by the planning commission at site plan review.

Parking facilities will comply with requirements of chapter 16 of this title. Parking lots shall, if possible, be located at the rear of the main building, or where they will be least visible from any abutting residential uses.

Outside storage shall be completely screened, by landscaping or opaque fencing, from view from any public street or abutting properties. This does not apply to representative displays of materials for sale but does apply to general inventories, miscellaneous merchandise, stockpiles, etc.
