Within any S-2 Residential District, a building, structure or lot shall only be used for one of the following permitted uses, except as provided in Section 70-20 Special Exception Uses, Section 70-30 Accessory Uses, and Section 260 Nonconforming Uses and Nonconforming Buildings or Structures.
