19.32 Public
Facilities District
19.32.010 Public Facilities District – Established.
There is hereby established a Public Facilities District and the standards and regulations by which certain uses may be permitted therein. [Ord. 195 §24, 1980.]
19.32.020 Public Facilities District – Purpose.
The purpose of the Public Facilities District is to show existing public facilities as well as possible future sites for those facilities. [Ord. 195 §25, 1980.]
19.32.030 Public Facilities District – Conditional Uses.
The following conditional uses may be permitted in the Public Facilities District by the City Council upon application and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 19.56:
A. Public and private schools;
B. Postal services;
C. Fire district facilities;
D. Police and municipal facilities;
E. Public utilities. [Ord. 195 §26, 1980.]
