19.36 Recreational
District
The purpose of the Recreational District is to locate and provide for the protection of present recreational lands within the City; to encourage the development of more recreational land; and to protect these lands from incompatible uses.
19.36.010 Recreational District – Established.
There is hereby established a Recreational District and the standards and regulations by which certain uses may be permitted therein. [Ord. 195 §27, 1980.]
19.36.020 Recreational District – Purpose.
The purpose of the Recreational District is to locate and provide for the protection of present recreational lands within the City; to encourage the development of more recreational land; and to protect these lands from incompatible uses. [Ord. 195 §28, 1980.]
19.36.030 Recreational District – Conditional Uses.
The following conditional uses may be permitted in the Recreational District by the City Council upon application and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 19.56:
A. Public or private recreational facilities. [Ord. 195 §29, 1980.]
