Land-Use Districts Established
The Mayor of Nooksack or his or her designee shall be the zoning administrator and shall be responsible for administering all requirements set forth in this Title consistent with the goals and policies established in the Comprehensive Plan.
For the purpose of developing a comprehensive arrangement of land uses and related standards, regulations, rules and specifications, the following zoning land use districts are hereby established in the City:
A. Agricultural Urban Reserve;
B. Central Market;
C. Commercial;
D. Light Industrial;
E. Open Space/Agriculture;
F. Public Facilities;
G. Recreational;
