§ 30-302
ZONING MAP.
[Amended 12-8-2025 by Ord. No. 15-2025]
The boundaries of the zoning districts and the areas designated are established on the map entitled "Land Use and Zoning Map" for the Borough of Ogdensburg dated October 28, 2025, which accompanies and is hereby made part of this chapter.
A.
The official Land Use and Zoning Map is the pdf paper map which is on file in the office of the Borough Clerk.
B.
The digital Land Use and Zoning Map found on the Borough's website is for information only and is not to be considered the official map which is referenced in paragraph A above.
