A.
In Residential A (RA) Districts the following uses are permitted:

One-family dwelling.
(2)
Professional residence-office.

School.
(4)
Religious institution.
(5)
Community center.

Public outdoor recreation.
(7)
Enclosed accessory building use.
B.
The following uses are permitted after issuance of a special permit by the Board of Appeals:

Home occupation.

Public utility substation.

Width at building line: 85 feet.
(b)
Depth: 130 feet.
(c)
Front yard: 30 feet.
