In order to accomplish the purpose of this title as stated in Section 17.02.020, the city and all contiguous territory not more than 2.4 kilometers (one and one-half miles) beyond the corporate limits and not included in other municipalities, is divided into the following districts:

A.

F-1 and F-1-A Floodplain district;

B.

R-1 and R-1-A One-family residence district;

C.

R-2 and R-2-A One-family residence district;

D.

R-3 and R-3-A One-family residence district;

E.

R-4 and R-4-A Two family residence district;

F.

R-5 and R-5-A Multiple-family residence district;

G.

B-1 and B-1-A Limited retail business district;

H.

B-2 and B-2-A General retail business district;

I.

B-3 and B-3-A Business and wholesale district;

J.

M-1 and M-1-A Limited manufacturing district;

K.

M-2 and M-2-A General manufacturing district;

L.

M-P and M-P-A Planned industrial district.
