Whenever the provisions of this ordinance impose more restrictive standards than required under any other ordinance, the regulations contained in this ordinance shall prevail, except as provided in section 8-3013-13. Whenever the provisions of any other ordinance require more restrictive standards than are required herein, theregulations shall prevail.

Should any section or provision of this ordinance be declared by the courts to be declared unconstitutional or invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of this ordinance as a whole or any part thereof other than the part declared to be unconstitutional or invalid.

This ordinance shall be ordained effective the 3rd day of November, 1992.

The governing authority hereby enacts [the] foregoing zoning regulations.
