Freestanding signs are permitted as follows:

a.

Maximum area in square feet is the lesser of one hundred twenty (120) or 0.8(F)-40, where "F" is the lot frontage in linear feet.

b.

Maximum height is twenty-five (25) feet or 1.8 times the square root of the lot frontage, whichever is less.
