This Section 8114-5 establishes procedures for the enforcement of Section 8109-4.6 of this Chapter regulating the temporary rental of dwellings. Except as otherwise stated in this Section 8114-5, the enforcement rights, penalties and other remedies available to the County under this Section 8114-5 are cumulative and not exclusive of any other civil and criminal enforcement rights and remedies available to the County under the Ventura County Ordinance Code and applicable law including, but not limited to, Section 13-1 of the Ventura County Ordinance Code and Section 8114-2 of this Chapter, making violations of this Chapter punishable as a misdemeanor/infraction criminal offense.
