40 R-2 Residential Zone
The R-2 residential zone covers the portion of the City which is primarily suited for one (1) and two (2) family dwellings, plus certain complementary uses such as parks, schools and churches. This zone is characterized by quiet residential conditions favorable to family life and the rearing of children.
