1.   Agricultural Exemption. The regulations and requirements established by this chapter are not to apply to land, farm dwellings, farm out-buildings, barns, or other structures used primarily for farming purposes as herein defined; provided however, this exemption shall apply only as long as the land and structures mentioned in this section continue to be used primarily for farming purposes.

2.   Utilities Exemption. These regulations shall have no control over the type or location, of any towers, wires, cables, conduits, or other similar distributing equipment of an electrical, telephone, telecommunication, or railroad company.
