The Zoning Board of Adjustment shall have authority, after public hearing as specified in the Code of Iowa, to authorize the granting of a Special Use in accord with the conditions of this chapter and subject to such protective restrictions as necessary. A fee in the amount of $150.00 payable to the City shall be filed with a Special Use permit application.
