B. Average Width Of Lot: The minimum average width of a lot shall be sixty five feet (65').
C. Yards: The minimum yard requirements shall be as follows:
1. Side Yards: Each side yard shall be six feet (6').
2. Rear Yard: The rear yard shall be ten feet (10'), excluding any public alley or way.
D. Building Height: The maximum building height shall not exceed thirty five feet (35'), except in the cases of radio or TV towers, stacks, elevators, assemblages, or other structures wholly constructed of fireproof materials, the height thereof shall not exceed sixty feet (60').
E. Floor Area: The minimum floor area shall be none.
F. Open Space: The minimum open space shall be fifty percent (50%) of the lot. Open space does include required drive and parking areas and side and rear yards.
G. Required Trees: Each two thousand (2,000) square feet of lot area shall require one deciduous tree; provided, that not more than five (5) trees shall be required on any one lot. Each tree shall be a minimum of one inch (1") in diameter.
