No building or land shall be used, and no building shall be erected, converted, enlarged or structurally altered, in the P District, except for one or more of the following uses:

Any public use by any governmental body.

Courthouse.

Parks.

Public jail.

Recreational uses.

Schools.

Sewage disposal plant.

Swimming pools.
