24 - R3 THREE TO SIX FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT

18.24.010 - Permitted uses.

The following uses of land or building are permitted:

Any use permitted in the R1 district.

Residences containing from one to six household living units and unattached to other residences.

Yard, house, basement, rummage, garage or estate sales.

18.24.020 - Special uses.

Special uses shall be as allowed in the R1 district and the following special uses:

SPECIAL USES
Medical and dental clinics and group medical centers. To be established with the special use permit but not less than one space for each 400 square feet of gross floor space.
Undertaking establishments, funeral parlors. To be established with the special use permit but not less than 10 spaces for each parlor plus one space for each employee and vehicle stored on the premises.
Planned unit developments. To be established with the special use permit.

18.24.030 - Height and setbacks.

Regulations as to building height and front and side setbacks shall be the same as in the R1 district.
