It shall be the purpose of the Industrial Park District to create areas where industrial uses can be located together harmoniously in a planned development setting. These areas shall be characterized by deep setbacks, landscaping, off street parking and attractive architectural design and development standards that will enhance and protect the value of the industrial development, create desirable working conditions, and protect the value of surrounding land use patterns. Permitted uses, development and construction within the Industrial Park District are subject to the Industrial Park Review Board and the protective covenants as recorded in the Office of the County Recorder. (Ord. 251 §1, 1990)

The protective covenants for permitted uses, development and construction within the Industrial Park District set forth development standards consistent with the purpose of this chapter. (Ord. 251 §1, 1990)

No application for a use permit within the Industrial Park District shall be made to the commission prior to review by the Industrial Park Review Board. (Ord. 251 §1, 1990)
